Giving Tree
A huge thank you goes to all the individuals who helped us send out the packages in our Giving Trees!
Plus, another huge thank you goes to to Amanda at True North Aid, who arranged for a skid, so that we could ship out our last few tree boxes, plus our surplus of winter coats and gear up north via winter road. A special thank you goes to Laura at @toquestotoes who helped us make this connection. Laura also helped us pack up our skids, AND did it all between her own trips to provide healthcare in remote Inuit communities in the far north! Another thank you goes to Squirrel Storage in Mt Albert, who generously offered to let us use their space. Our packages have all reached their destination and are making a difference in the community. |
Thanks to all of you and your kind and generous donations, our first Giving Tree is fully lit!
